Managers / assistant managers, HVAC certified folks, porters and maids, all on staff.

So if you go to a store like Sherwin Williams, Porter, etc. they will typically have a packaged color that you can use on all your units for consistency. 

@Tobey Porter vacation rental management is definitely more hands on than regular residential and there is a huge marketing component that is crucial to keeping your property's vacancy as low as possible.
