I'd hate to stop the service now after spending $36k if I could be close to some inbound leads, but I also don't want to keep spending this amount of money for no results. 

Florida, depending on your source, is #1-3 in inbound migration, has 5 of the top 10 cities in the country for migration, #1-3 in economy and job growth. 

To get to as many doors as you can, you’re going to need deal flow, which consists of constant outbound or inbound that requires constant follow up and catering to.

Even without all the locals, Nashville has one of the strongest tourism industry's in the country even surpassing Las Vegas as the bachelor/bachelorette party capital!

Hospitality and Hotels: The increased accessibility provided by the high-speed train could boost tourism and business travel to Orlando.

We have a diverse economy here compared to the rest of Montana towns, but yet tourism always is a foundation of our economy.

Also, Orlando STR travel is primarily driven by theme park tourism and can be cyclical during the seasons and if god forbid there is another pandemic.I would also consider other markets.

Is an investor point of view... so yes there is a process  research, location, type of deals, tenants, repairs, maintenance management etcEnough to get you paralyzed and live the money in bounds. 

Short term rentals have been pretty successful here, and tax credits for tourism projects such as small hotels make the returns even better.  

I'd think it's too densely populated with not enough tourism demand, but maybe your experience there is different?
