I would also suggest using a feasibility clause with at least a 14 day period, I would not be to greedy with assignment fees typically I see ($5,000) for the contract assignment depending on the circumstances.

I'm amazed when I hear stupid comments such as "greedy landlords rent is to damn high" like landlords are able to set rent at any level they feel like.

I want to understand why you all do what you do and I’m willing to be persuaded but honestly it just seems incredibly exploitative, immoral, and greedy.

I am also a stock trader and as we have seen stocks like Tesla and beyond meat some times you have to wait far to long before the dip comes.

Best not to get too greedy and potentially soil future business.

The more shocking thing about this scenario to me is How greedy can this "agent", I use the term loosely, be when they are making a commission from both the house sale and the new purchase of their client?

I don't believe it pays to be greedy.  

The good thing about working with me that many who know me can attest to is that I'm not a greedy person, so I want to share in the wealth because I care much more about growing quickly.
