Have you been forced to change your strategy because of this volatile market? 

As a new investor, it's very startling watching houses go for 10, 20, and 30k over ask. I live in North Carolina, every agent that I have talked to said they have never seen anything like the market we are in. I am mainly looking for flips on market, although I am starting to transfer off-market.
