Same here, when starting out, figuring out how to build something sustainable.

I’m trying to avoid analysis-paralysis so I figured the first step was to start communicating with the real-estate community!

I figured at the very least it would be a great opportunity to network with veterans in the parking industry, find a few jobs to pass to my Sailors, and I might even get a lead on a deal. 

I currently own a successful rental portfolio that I grew to over 7 figures.

Just make sure you’re following all the proper procedures because she would likely make a very sympathetic figure in court if it came to that.

If you walk in and say - this is my 3rd deal, here are the other two flips  I made 6 figures on, I own my own house and have some money to throw in the deal as well… it’s a lot easier.

When figuring out impervious coverage, does it go off the whole property, or does it only go within the easement lines? 

You'll need to figure out how to wire it (it's not that tricky, a lot of devices have a 12v power supply) or pick a different model that can plug into a wall but has similar specs. 

I am asking because I am going through the same decision @Kelly Rao did and trying to figure out what would be the best way to go.
