You'll need to be doing 1) google ads, 2) Facebook ads, 3) letters and post cards, and 4) answer your phone.

I would also search Facebook pages or groups in your area about REI to see who you can connect with as well.

This is what I have come up with for myself.I am going to specialize in FSBO properties, buy and hold/flip investors, facebook ads, and FB group posts for buyer leadsI created a pretty lengthy "how to sell your home" guide for FSBO properties, I plan to stay in front of other agents by actually knocking on doors, and delivering the guide to them in person, and then using that to set up a follow up appointment when I can deliver a free CMA.

SEO is one way to go but there are several other options to drive traffic to your website including Pay Per Click, Facebook ads, Craigslist, email lists etc...

I typed their name in Google and Facebook and found several leads.

You can check their Facebook page where they announce them.
