She is drafting the addenda and extensions in plain english and getting all our e-signatures while working with all our different schedules and keeping us all in the loop with lending and title.

im thinking about sending them a letter a week in both english and spanish. is there anything else i could look into that would give me more of an insight to see if they would be motivated sellers or not ?

My spouse would continue to work (very easily employable, pretty much anywhere in the English speaking world) for a good salary and, importantly, for health insurance for our family, which should support us adequately.

Hi @Sergiy Kravchuk.You may be having issues for one big reason: Your English is understandable, but it is not perfect/fluent.
