All elevators in the same building are treated as a single building system or unit of property.

The cost of an elevator for 10 units should be considered as part of ADA compliance.

The decrease in condos I attribute largely to the numbers of people, shared pools, elevators, etc.

I make paper airplanes out of Loan Applications, staple my business card to the nose, and run around throwing them at people as they exit elevators. 

No one knows if inflation will remain elevated for as long as it did in the 1980's or if it will be similar to WW2.
