A cost segregation study does not help every taxpayer.However, if it does, it likely helps the taxpayer a lot.Have a conversation with your CPA to see if it would benefit you.There is no point in paying for a study if there is no benefit.The thing is most cost segregation study company will provide a report indicating"Your tax savings from this study is $XXX,XXX"However, please be mindful that most of these professionals giving the estimate are not tax professionals(have no information on your tax situation).
