Just found out over Christmas that I have a medical condition that will not allow me to serve in the military anymore and I'll be forced to retire sometime during the next 2-4 years.

Reading that book of the 2020 Christmas holiday absolutely lit a fire in me… I haven’t stopped either… I went on to build a reading list that would help building my knowledge and help aid in my planning.

Son and wife left before Christmas.

@Mike McFadden I would recommend to the PR that if they setup a 529 plan or "education savings plan", that you'll put money into that plan every month to fund it for the grandchild up to X for the seller financing, plus whatever amount up front that can go directly to the grandchild at Christmas for whatever the guardians want to use it for the child.
