While he was already in a work program (maintenance in a local hotel) and came HIGHLY recommended by both his supervisors (so highly recommended they provided him with furniture and cooking products since he came with nothing) and his parole officer, his tenancy with me lasted only four months. 

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A GOOD JOB SUPERVISOR, THEN YOUR RENTAL HOME WILL BLEED IN MAINTENANCE COST.

At that point none of my bosses really new about it but it wasn't affecting my workplace performance in any way. 

Apparently the tenant was not getting my messages, so I went to the work place (with documents in hand) and cleared a lot of it up.

Around here they add a level by requiring a supervisors license.

It’s also my first project as a construction supervisor, as I just recently obtained my unrestricted license in my state. 

I get a 1099 from my current workplace, so I pay quarterlies since income is untaxed.

Should I bring this to the attention of the property manager's supervisor?
