This was almost exclusively done from my desktop, although I went to site a few times, I could have probably gotten away with never having went.My biggest regret with this project …..

Personally I have not had the best experiences with these sites, I typically go via word of mouth referrals from other investors I know from in-person networking in my market, or from the BiggerPockets referral tools.

It's not perfect, but I like to read the reviews from residents on the site 

Maybe he should become a tax pro on the BiggerPockets website and start sharing his expertise if thats the case!
