In 2024, my neighbor replaced the back part of the side fence (He paid for it 100% and didn't give me proper notice per CA Good Neighbor Law).

There are several large projects showing up in California desert as well and they are easily identifiable from GOOGLE map.2.

I personally wrote up offers on behalf of my clients with $150K over-asking price in Orange County, Ca.
