when in fact it was to keep what they made and get to a venue where collection will be next to impossible for anyone but the govmit.

Add to that all the amusement parks, zoos, ocean, sports teams and venues, shopping, etc. and it's probably one of the top destinations for vacation getaways, as it's a very well rounded draw. 

Also,  i have only spoke to one real estate agent, and wondering if u should speak to multiple, or find other venues to also look, or if this would be in bad taste.

Anyway, it's another venue for you, if you're interested.

I hope this isn't considered trolling, as that's not the intention.I'm developing 2 to 4 Very Large Vacation Homes / All Inclusive Wedding Venues per year and am looking to forge a relationship with a Private Equity Based Lender to effectively make it happen.  

(I'll be looking into the securities laws for non-accredited investors.)Unlike a "timeshare" that houses only a few guests at a time, the Event Venue and Cabins/Villas will be housing "in groups", from small groups of 7-10 to larger groups of 50-100s.Also, the Event element is separate business from the Real Estate element.

The January Meetup will be a full house--we are planning on moving to a bigger venue for February's.  

I've tried not putting the venue name in the address field and even with just the address there, still there isn't a dot in my state or anyplace remotely close to my event on the map.
