While I have good cleaning people, numerous handi-persons and licensed contractors, their availability is not  24/7/365 I have to pinch-hit on guest issues and repair problems when the support staff is unavailable.We often find problems, broken, stained, damaged & missing items, during turnovers that have to be dealt with quickly.

Where you buy to live and all the upgrades in a place you want to live, might be completely different than what you want to buy as a rental.I see the house and that is a pretty nice sunroom though. 

I have a track record of why it went down with dealing with two broken legs over the last two years with a few surgeries in between and can show proof of all my surgeries etc.

Our issue here is we have to sell our 100% equity before we can buy this deal that is a distressed (some upgrade but the bones look good) new on the market (less than 30 days in fact).

Each unit has been completed upgraded.

Every window has broken blinds. 

If the asset needs updating etc you may be severely limited in carrier options until upgrades are made.
