If the supervisor will validate his story, he will also be an asset if the member falls behind.We do move a lot in the military but 15 times in 10 years is a bit out of the ordinary.If the individual is unwilling to provide the supervisors name and number, I would move on.

If no one can produce one, you'll be going the eviction route that jon suggested above. that or paying the tenant cash in exchange for keys to avoid having to evict them if they are unwilling to pay your new market rate AND take over the utility bills for their unit.

Either contact the seller or the agent to get this info, if they are unwilling to release that, see if a intent to purchase would loosen their grip.

I cannot see why the landlord wouldn’t put in a portable unit with his money and then take it out once the problem is resolved.I apologize for getting emotional because my guy is here next to me in some of the most inhospitable conditions in the world and he has to worry because his wife and kids have to go sit in their car with the AC on because their rental home is an oven and their LL is being accusatory and unwilling to meet them halfway.
