With regard to single family (detached) homes, we do not typically require vehicle info, BUT, if I see an unlicensed vehicle or a wrecked or major project, I might issue a notice of violation to the Tenant, or at least discuss it with them.

Going with an unlicensed and illegal Property Manager would be in my mind pure lunacy.Some in this thread have implied or out right stated that a larger Property Management Company equates to a lower quality product.
