I dont know if its for you, but I work with a Broker there that can assist you, they use multiple platforms Moodys is really good but costly if your’e not a Broker or have some quantity discount, hmu Ill give her name, shes awesome to work with, itll save you some headache and time :)

@Komal Sekhon I don't want to discount the risk inherent in investing, but why are you worried about prices declining if interest rates go down? 

They will often sell a loan at a discount if it's really bad.

She has "trade accounts" that get her discounts as all kinds of places for materials like flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, etc, so it nearly pays for itself.

Great question, let me explain:  Home Warranties offer discounted repair and replacement services for major systems and appliances.  

I assume you would either give them a discount on their rent or free rent for their service as a result. 

@Jason Sousa With my long term tenants I give them a discount on month 24 of their two year lease which is about half of the fee.
