The AMC theaters, Game Stop's, and Blackberries of the world will look a lot less attractive to the speculators that have driven them up.

Hedge funds are lobbying with BIG $$$$ so Congress doesn't provide that exit.

Miami is more difficult because of the hotel lobby. 

It is next door to a JCPenny.The neighborhood is a clutter of all popular retails: Walmart, Costco, JCPenny, Movie theater, popular eating places, etc...

The Walton family (Wal-Mart) just invested millions of dollars on a few large projects in our downtown (hotel, apartments, theater/entertainment center) because they see the long term viability.
