I was driving around a bad neighborhood during a trip and thought about the businesses that are generally only in bad neighborhoods(pawn shop, money tree type business, ect.) and businesses that are generally in middle class neighborhoods(panera bread, lululemon, coffee bean/higher end coffee shops, ect.)

That’s just a little far south for my investing cup of tea, I will have to do a little more research into it!

There are trees on both sides and behind the shed, but these trees are either in my neighbors yard or 50/50 in both of our yards.

Creating a fantastic kitchen, changing all the lower level windows, cutting trees around the perimeter of the house, changing the roof and adding 100% new HVAC system. 100% renovation of the 2 bathrooms and creating a non existing outdoor patio.

Planting gardens moveing his daughter cutting down trees that storms took out months on end and hauling off on our money and our vehaul. 

I will continue to shake that tree as well, certainly can't hurt.

I like to use a fruit tree as an analogy.

She cannot invest the IRA herself or invest with anyone in the direct line of her family tree, ie you, or your siblings, etc.
