By age six or so we were sufficiently fluent in language that we could go to school and understand the teachers, our fellow students, etc.Similarly, few successful investors remember their initial struggles to understand the language, the concepts, the subtle art and fine science of real estate: negotiations, deals and transactions.Only a very few of us are natural teachers - able to understand how others learn and able to tailor our language, presentation, modality, etc. to suit each individual.

Subtle things like that can help coax them along in your selling process

I see many asking for scripts, that is bad way to start, your ability to convince others must be demonstrated by knowledge in subtle ways as appropriate rather than blurting out some puffing speech.

It's all what flavor of real estate appeals to you.

Guys - if I may change the flavor of the conversation a bit:If ever anyone puts their name on a piece of marketing which says "I Buy Hoses", a structured deal is the Purchase and Sale Contract.  

Through proper application of reasoning and a subtle carrot and stick approach, you can get reasonable tenants to do just about anything so long as you are being fair on your end.

Laminate comes in all different flavors.

People in other protected classes are still discriminated against in subtle ways, so I suppose that will be the case here as well.
