This was a Wall Street/Bankers scam at its best and all the scumbags were involved.

Also, for the love of heaven do not advertise the street address of the property, describe it and name a cross-street.

If something gets broke on Wall Street, the entire infrastructure feels it.

In the memo field just list this expense was to purchase a property at such and such a street, but it didn't pass inspection.Sometimes we over think ourselves.  

that area is extremely hot right now especially the "better" streets.  

The few 2/1s that do sell are often significantly smaller, on a busy street, no garage, no private yard for which my property is opposite in each of those areas.
