Los Angeles's own numbers show that ADUs are not being built in high rent locations.

In the long term I expect Miami to outperform CPI because it is a destination location and coastal land is more constrained than inland (such as Midwest, central, etc).  

Pro tip--make sure your exhaust fan in the bathroom is vented to the atmosphere--meaning out to the outside.....go out the roof or out the side of the unit or secured to an opening in a soffit vent grille off the house. 

Therefore, your financial freedom hinges on new companies continuously moving into the city, creating replacement jobs.Companies have many options when selecting a location to set up operations.

Choosing a location near LA, accessible by a short flight or drive, will make it easier to check on your projects.

Hi Shayan--Here is the thing...when flipping for me, the class of neighborhood, location of property in that neighborhood, and amount of renovations really matters.
