I'm pretty sure he thought that building US style subdivisions with wood framing would revolutionize the Greek real estate market.  

I had  made an offer on an 8 unit  townhome-style building.

My purchase price was 260k for 1920’s style bungalo.

They are putting up large Resort Style places with pools, volleyball, BBQ areas, etc, etc.

Don’t hire a property manager until you have you nailed down your own management style.

Are you using commercial to refer to business-style properties (office, storefronts, etc) while reserving multifamily to refer to 5+ unit residential? 

Newbie here too, I dove headfirst into my first multifamily in Rock Hill SC at the start of this year (8 units) it's definitely been a learning experience but it can sometimes take up so much time I'm leaning toward sacrificing some profit to get a property management co to handle it :)

Generally do a shaker style as it's the most timeless.
