there are numerous commercial RE options such as storage units, mobile home parks, industrial, office, NNN, etc.  

However the PM  (LSI) did not have a local office, but they had a payment plan via CVS Pharmacy where the tenant could pay cash at CVS, I know it sounds crazy.Also,  as I questioned the PM, the ledger changed.

Consider properties that cater to home office needs or offer more space.Advice for fix and flip investors:- Focus on value-add opportunities: Look for properties where strategic renovations can significantly increase value.- Be cautious with pricing: While the market is still strong, avoid overpricing.

Some properties have rooms they are currently using for different things other than a bedroom such as an office or a storage room.

Did you solicit from family offices and then processed the raise through an EMD? 

Secondly, these loan officers are frequently on the move either because the banks are acquired/merge or the staffers believe another bank has underwriting policies that will lead to more originations for them. 

Also, you may want to check city records / land maps with the country recorder's office. 

It's big business collecting "guru" fees to promote wholesaling. 100% of the wholesaler "gurus" make money promoting "easy", no money needed wholesaling.The wholesalers who do 10 deals a month will tell you they have a team, that means salaries, taxes, office space, training and they spend $50,000 to $100,000 a month in advertising.
