Greetings All, I was recently made aware of a class action lawsuit against Equity Trust (see link here) to which one of the more disturbing claims is, that if found guilty they would essentially be considered a NON-qualified retirement vehicle and potentially any investments or rollovers into ETC could be then considered a tax-able event.

It's never an "everyone" or "all" is guilty of these charges, but the industry makes it extremely difficult to trust them when they make jokes like the joke that goes more/less like "take a look at all our yachts in the harbor and then someone asks where are the clients' yachts (ensue uncontrollable laughter)".

Seattle is pretty Eco so when I show a house where the seller made upgrades just for the sake of making it look slightly newer, the buyer feels guilty because they don't like them and will want to replace something that is new and thus wasteful.
