It's refreshing to know that I'm actually influencing somebody in the world  with this thing I'm so passionate about... real estate.I started to think, "what if that was god telling me, 'I'm testing you how bad you want this.

Have a great passion for Real Estate and that is what has to lead me to listen to the podcast and others every single day and week just constantly learning and trying to better understand the whole process. 

That love and passion for RE could certainly go into the GC side of the market and translate sweat to cash quite easily. 

There are too many variables that can impair success, but in my experience, if you're not getting deals, people can't feel your passion.

Simply put, I'm happy making money anywhere, but I'm going to have more passion exploring markets outside of my "home area".

However, there’s still a few questions that are specific to me that make me hesitant to jump into RE investing, even though I’m very passionate about the subject.1.

Plus people will be more receptive towards the new guy or girl at meetings that shows passion vs a cold call. 

I vote for invest while working, unless you have some non-business life passion you want to pursue during said sabbatical.

I am 29 years old and very new to real estate investing but have always had a passion to learn about construction, home values, and travel.

.  Or psychological thought patterns of  persuasion and people who are considered sophisticated) Not looking for anything that targets emotions or that hypes passion like rich dad poor dad.
