I was thinking on buying a Row House in Metuchen, NJ (a wealthy residential borough, well connected with a direct train to New York City - 45 min); the house is located at about 15 min walking distance to the train station, also in the town center, where the train station is, a huge building complex with luxury apartments was just built as well as a Whole Foods store which is going to open soon.The questions are:1- Which are the Pro and Cons of buying a Row House?

I think the Nashville area would be a great market to purchase in- there are ~100 people/day entering the City, which is a pretty consistent percentage from ~2006 - Present.If they're going to be doing stuff in Nashville proper, I'd look into Columbia/Spring Hill/Thompsons Station, or Brentwood if they have the funds- those are great bedroom comunities, and in the former 3, there are options which would allow for farm animals and some level of separation.

Many time if it's a busy gas station they get it tested every three months and give the reports to the abutters.
