My question is, what more can I be doing to start building momentum.

Hi, my education is picking up momentum.

They (whoever that is) say the first one is the toughest as it was for us but now hoping to capitalize off of the momentum.  

In the end if helps build momentum for someone and that is a killer in our industry. 

Ive realized personal growth is an instrumental part to gaining momentum financially, best of luck to you. 

It may not be an ideal client but it will help to get your feet wet and give you momentum. 

Now with momentum on my side, I look forward to doing more deals and have set a goal of acquiring enough rentals to have the remaining 2/3 of my monthly mortgage covered by the end of 2020. 

It's hard at first but if you get momentum going and keep it going it will pay off.

I'm waiting until my first rehab finishes (which should be this weekend) so I can show before/after pictures and carry that momentum into rehab number 2 immediately afterwards.

@Bernard DePascale she can send out "just sold" post cards to everyone in the neighborhood from a site like prospects plus to help generate some momentum, she should also post about her success on social media and lastly I'd offer her the advice to go back to working her personal sphere and ensuring that everyone that she knows is aware that she's in the business and is there to assist (she'll need to make sure that she does this multiple times as people in the sphere will forget).
