I made a relatively low offer and after one negotiation we settled on a price that was about 45% lower than the original list price.

Some ideas I've considered:Equity Buyout: Having another investor or my partner buy out my 40% equity.Seller Financing: Selling my equity and offering seller financing to the buyer.Selling the Property: Liquidating the property entirely and splitting the proceeds.Does anyone have experience with situations like this?

you start with a realtor Lawyer is for when you have the deal tied up. 

They used to offer exclusive properties but now it appears that they are pulling MLS listings and will connect you with an agent.

I'm not an loan officer, but I know some banks locally like ORNL Credit Union have offered a 0% down conventional loan product.

IMO what will make your company successful is the value you offer to your owners/clients & your tenants.

But I really don't know, I'm not an agent or a lawyer, so please seek professional guidance, for sure!
