You typically are not dealing with the owners, the owners think they are worth more than reality, you can't contact the owners, collateral is hard to see, if at all, the platform is marking them up so you will pay those fees, and if its some type of auction, you have to deal with the feeding frenzy of similar people thinking they are good deals, when many have no clue of how to value them.With that said, good luck and welcome to notes!

Buying a house to live in is not an investment, it is a liability you have to work for, pay taxes on what you earn, then feed with what's left just so you can keep on living there.
