 I have done my own incorporating online, you would have to register with the Government and State, then i get a complete kit with the stamp and all for $75 from M.

There is the incorporation fee and initial costs sure, but some states charge annual fees and you have to pay for the tax return to be done (unless you self-accountant).

Incorporating the business name or a slogan would help.

I have a substantial scholarship/will graduate with little debt,  my undergraduate degree was in economics/business, and I have several years of experience in corporate finance.
