Honestly LANDING PAGES will be more important to you than your WEBSITE for lead gen.I'm a marketing guy so I think it's a good investment of time to come up with a great identity - come up with something that makes sense and is easy to remember and is hopefully even "catchy"..  

Hey Jeff (and others) - according to BP there actually is NOT a policy regarding profile names being legal names.From the FAQ: We understand that you might want to change your profile name to a more personal identity as time goes on, however you will need to contact our support team to make the changes on our end.

However, generally speaking, a Bankruptcy Trustee can declare a specific debt as non-dischargeable through bankruptcy due to "Fraud" on the part of the Debtor.

However death certificates are to get that they used to be due to fraud and identity theft.

The confusion comes when new dealers/operators think the need an identity to deal in real estate, "I'm a wholesaler, I'm a buy and hold investor, I'm a rehab guy"...... what difference does it make to Harry Homeowner who or what you call yourself?"

The bill didn’t match any other recurring bills I have setup, so thinking it was fraud I disputed the transaction. 

Hi @Tyler Divine, yes there is...1) Provide vendors with a takeoff (you can outsource this) - no two individuals will produce identical takeoffs and if it's a sales rep doing it, cavet emptor.  

When I questioned FNMA about possible fraud, all I got was beating around the bush.

So, umbrella insurance policy, which I've never needed (knock on wood).I'm no expert, but I have also heard and read about putting property into a trust in such a way as to protect your identity as the owner; you can't sue who you can't find ... this is intriguing to me if anybody knows more about how to pull this off.
