Welcome to a global economy, your iPhones cost less, but yields/returns suffer.

I wasn't there the day the photos were taken, so I don't know if it was an actual professional (which I kinda doubt) or the realtor herself with an iPhone (which I kinda suspect).

Brandon Turner Since someone else mentioned it, this functionality didn't work for me using the iPhone app on iOS7.

On a iPhone 6 if that's useful for your developer.

I've played around with freee versions of 'SPOTR' and 'Real Estate Calculator'(for IPhone/iOS users) a little bit and they seem to be pretty decent at calculating/providing the basic information for an initial overview or evaluation, but for in depth analysis I seem to inevitably revert back to the Excel spreadsheet.

It is in San Diego, the original square footage of the home is just over 600sq ft and the lot is 1,150 sq ft (you didn't read that wrong its xs.) 

Also, excellent iPhone app that's great for just keeping up with messages from tenants or seeing which payments are missing.

Not sure what the rules are for putting contact info on the forums but I think it might be best to start a text group chat if everyone has iPhones
