Definitely a low end rental in spite of being $950/mo for her precious 250 square foot studio, and her landlords are, um, horrible.

I have also met people who rent homes, however, they tend to either love it because they were successful or they lost money and think real estate is horrible.

I know its sound.Funny yet horrible story behind this place:The guy that used to own it moved out of state to be closer to family, so he rented the property out.

I really like the location it’s right by my work and it’s a nice apartment community just a horrible apartment and really not the best landlord but I can get over that part.  keep in mind I’m just now about to pay rent for the first time since moving in I have a head property damage now and really bed health effects.

Due to the fact that we’re not horrible people we did not.

I don’t know where to find one that specializes in rent control laws, as the research i have done already all the lawyer sites around here say they help the “poor tenants affected by horrible landlords”.

I do have experience with regular long term renting and it was a horrible experience but that was to be expected with section 8 tenants who tried their best to destroy my former property.

Unfortunately he had horrible life threatening health conditions that took his life in 2020, but his biggest wishes he talked about before he passed were that his kids and grandkids be well taken care of and that they always have a place to live and lastly since I was taking my real estate classes required to obtain your realtor license at the time, he said to me "Kelly, I want you to sell my house when you all are ready and only you can be the realtor on it, only you, you're in charge of that, ok?"
