Interestingly, my detailed itemized list is almost always a range that includes 50%....With that said, I want to highlight that if you use an itemized approach, be comprehensive!

As for the ~20% of GDP number (RE residential investing and services) - I just mentioned it to highlight the volume of the housing market and how important the mortgage is to the banking industry. 

when I get the check,  I compare it to the cell,  then highlight it or cross it out as paid. 

I was told that, I should prepare a letter in support of my project and send it to the city office and also speak about it during the public hearing.This is something new for me and I am looking to get some pointers as to what should I highlight in my letter and speech in favor of my project. 

Definitely still hit the highlights like smoking and rent due dates etc.

In NC,  I can send the contract electronically, but we (the agents) highlight the correct box to initial or sign.
