Where you can go in and work on the place saving your money, that out of town garage door fix, there is the contractor there peeling your wallet with the manager who ordered the extra work, and who knows what little fees they can throw in, work order, repair supervision, final inspection, disbursement fees, accounting fee.....the list goes on.
