The more you do projects with them, the more you can ask for more in the partnership.I started real estate more than a decade ago, trust me, I did all type of deals and saw all type of stuff.

If it is a good deal, don't sweat the little stuff, just deal with it.

I have about 50k in crypto stuff, 21k in a Roth 401k, another 11k in some stocks and 9k in a checking.

The Paloma Creek stuff just makes me mad. 

This is exciting stuff, but, its still available on a limited basis due to 1) some of the custodians popping up are advising on things they don't completely understand 2) We have found that most banks are confused and tell people they can't invest the way they want to because banks can't sell them anything they want (real estate) 3) Its not how we've done things in the past 4) THERE IS NO EASY BUTTON (working on it) that takes a person from education, to product, to investment opportunity.

I listen to his stuff because it entertaining, funny and motivational but would I put my hard-earned money into one of his deals.

Ofcourse they have certain rules , some of which I might agree , some I might not , but at the end of the day , that is the case in every aspect of real estate investing .Anyway , I have researched extensively on using construction loans , and am doing a rehab with that approach , learnt a ton of stuff - If you ever consider that route , dont hesitate to get in touch via BP - I can review my notes and perhaps give some pointersThe first page on this website says "NO surprises" lol.
