As a heads up, we have updated the registration option on your second screenshot to be more clear about what the BPCON Additional Attendee and Adult (No Content) options detail. 

The current bathroom is raised up and I am wanting to have the contractor drill into the ground which will be more expensive but at the moment my head is almost touching the ceiling.

I will give you call this week as I clearly have a lot I need to wrap my head around when it comes to raising capital.

@Felix Sharpe, to elaborate on what Lauren noted, but hitting on a different aspect of that comment: I do not like the "beds and heads" mentality in Airbnb.  

More heads should be rolling here.....the son of the guy pulling the strings is the CEO of US Construction who is a heavy hitter in the luxury development business.

So yeah, city wants an investor to be local or use local professional management, and it's a smart win-win for everyone to head the advice. 

Washington changed the law to now it's a felony to approach someone in foreclosure or who thinks they may be headed for foreclosure and they have up to 6 years to sue you.

Although I wouldn't recommend a 10 year career professional to dive head first into Real Estate and quit their job on a whim, you're in a position where you have your entire life in front of you and likely have yet to incur debts that need to be paid and other real world expenses.  

Now there are some improvements (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, upgrading windows) where that flips on its head, but it's still something to really plan through.
