Last year i got engaged in another developing project a residential condo, i signded contract during designing stage for 52sqm 1 bedroom apartment, which is to be finished by the end of this year, also interiors and furnishing is up to me.

I could care less for the 3-D feature and all the furnishings.

These buildings are block structure, each with their own bathroom, no furnished heat or AC but some tenants have added it themselves.

I want to rent my entire furnished home (Pacific Palisades primary residence) as a summer vacation rental in 2016.

After summer I turn down the heat, or rent them furnished for month-to-month winter rental (bonus money) and go visit my daughters or take my boys snowboarding.  

Is this something with how California furnishes information?

Their plan was to sell the 400 homes fully furnished - with our designs.
