The value of friendships.

Since I dont have any sort of "proven track record" and I dont have a specific property I'm interested in at the moment, how would I go about making those friendships?

Your simplicity should serve myself and others on these forums as a reminder that in life no matter what it is, business, family, friendships, real estate.

I do not mean to sound arrogant because I do not think I am better than anyone else but my financial mentality is just way different than anyone I associate with.So in regards to the circle of influence, do people really seek out friendships and kill friendships based upon their finances? 

The one thing I got most out of BP, where I couldn't quantify the dollar amount, is friendship.
