Some people like to bet big and potentially lose big, we prefer to place medium size bets and consistently win more modest rewards.By primarily investing in properties with an all-in cost under $100,000, we often have multiple viable exit strategies in case the original one does not work out (we don’t pretend to have a guaranteed crystal ball, but we do like to have options at the end, and we find that our students do as well!)

Built up a large position in a variety of tokens since 2017.As I traded, moved from one exchange to another and settled on FTX for the time being.Was 1 day late in being able to process the withdrawal.You win some, you loose some I guess.Would have preferred tokens going to ZERO than loosing the game in such a way.Any of you crypto folks believe in potential asset recovery?

I'm in Miami FL right now for 45 days for business development and they allow for densities as high as 1000 units per acre. in Columbus it might be 50 units per acre. density always wins and drives down land cost. keep land under 10% of asset value upon completion. those are my best tips to get started

The tenant may not have any money but in the event they ever sue someone and win a judgement/win the lottery/etc. you'll get your money (just make certain to keep the lien active - you may have to renew it years later when it expires).

They are more focused on social issues than they are on educating the masses or helping agents sell real estate.NAR is trying to sell this agreement as a win, but they threw our entire profession under the bus and it's going to hurt us in the long run.
