Hi folks, I am a young, aspiring entrepreneur and after being enlightened by countless financial books, such as Rich Dad, Poor Dad, the Millionaire Mind, and etc, I am more than motivated to begin my journey as a Real Estate Investor. 

If your looking for good books to help you in general I found Earl Nightingale's Lead The Field when I was 21 and it is very enlightening.

PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME!

My older brother, who is currently flipping his first home in Philadelphia, enlightened me on the possibility of real estate as not only a supplemental income but more so a way out of my house via house hacking.  

This is what enlightened people should do and how society progresses.

Maybe @Dmitriy Fomichenko can enlighten us. 

I wonder if that enlightened feeling will last through the week if the person doesn't find work and only ends up one week closer to running out of unemployment benefits.My apologies again if I sound argumentative.

Since the building is fully occupied, we felt like there was less urgency on interior upgrade planning, but we certainly didn’t brainstorm too much about the exterior/curb appeal, so this thread has been enlightening.

Some tenants can't be educated, but for the ones who can be enlightened; it may make the difference between a bitter tenant and a tolerant tenant.

I actually think attending a meeting such as this can be a very enlightening, and even an inspiring experience.
