I like it that "the community embraces us."

There is another reason why one would embrace this type of law, which is common in my market and that is,as Professor Michael Porter of Harvard University would say that the profitability in a market is determined by the barriers to entry.

Pricing can vary from around $7 - 12K, depending on tear-off and removal cost, insulation layers, number of penetrations in the roof, height of building, dumpster/hauling, etc. 

I told the seller's agent today on the UST that the seller needs to do a GPR survey (ground penetrating radar survey) to properly document the tank is no longer buried.

As a newb I am tempted to embrace the quick and "easy" but my gut tells me that there is more to it.On a side note: I found a source of RE documents that might be helpful to others.

As I am sure we have all been in board rooms where a strategy and plan was developed to penetrate a new market or utilize a new technology.  

Rather than ponder on this fact I have embraced the opportunity to make this a great learning experience . 

We still use sheet vinyl (or ceramic) in bathrooms though, less penetrations for water to get find it's way to subflooring.

"Embrace your pain" is a really good line.
