There is a bus terminal (greyhound, city buses, etc.), bike paths, and an Amtrak train station, too.All of the things I've mentioned are a quick walk from Gannon.As for housing, generally the more west you go and the more south you go, the better the neighborhoods.

Per the lease if it stipulates the landlord has a right to enter the premises with proper notice to perform an inspection of the unit then it's valid.A tenant with a lease cannot keep denying a landlord entry into the property for inspection.
