Biggest problem is that managing a Turo rental is more hands on than managing an STR, and is more difficult to do remotely.But if you can find a way to do that work, you've basically got two businesses where every customer for one is a free, super valuable, super targeted lead for the other, with the opportunity to offer a bundle discount to close the deal.

But I found the customer service from ABNB to be poor whereas VRBO was generally very good.Just my .02...

People admire custom work.

My question is how many hosts or property managers request an ID before the customers checks in.

I didn't think the application was very user friendly and there is no number to dial for customer service if you get stuck.

After being in business for over 10 years and having rental properties, I'm always dealing with these kinds of situations (contractors, employees, customers, government, etc).

Does anyone have a real estate attorney in the Birmingham/Montgomery/Calera, AL area you would recommend to help put together a custom rental agreement?
