Airbnb brings in many MTR bookings and there are other strategies for insurance and corporate bookings.

We have some big corporate wholesalers who are pretty "bleh" but it seems like every few weeks a guru class lets out and I get inundated with deals that would be bad for everyone except *maybe* the wholesaler.

There are a few, and I mean very few, DSCR lenders who have recently updated their guidelines to allow for padsplit properties...

Thank you for the replies.With the LLC, I've obtained an EIN and plan to get a separate business account for it in order not to comingle funds to avoid "piercing the corporate veil."

I'll update it as I learn more.

Was also looking for countertops; the stores near MSI appear to also deal MSI so it's probably just best to go to MSI . . . that is, if they'll give access to corporate pricing. 

That's why I was leaning to foreclosures so I can do full cash (heloc) purchase.The other part I need to get more fluent in is how to document all of those action items in the LLC to keep the corporate veil.
