Obviously you can see how this operation can have it's barriers in certain properties where the balance in contemplation would create a large taxable event.

Currently contemplating the next move and trying to learn all I can about REI.

The after-repaired-value (ARV) and after repaired rents are the key numbers to understand for this purchase you're contemplating.  

While that is contemplated.  

So, I'm currently an agent in Denver (where the market is ridiculous, and inventory is at a historic low), but my wife and I are contemplating a move back to central Pennsylvania where I grew up, and where my family still lives.  

I'm not sure these values will increase much more so I'm contemplating selling all three properties and re-investing in better yielding properties closer to home (Indiana).

Things are starting to come together for me and I am excited about the steps I'm taking.With that being said, I am contemplating what to say to the probate administrators and attorneys.

I'm contemplating trying to get access to the MLS to both post a rental for lease and to research other properties to purchase.  

I've also been contemplating out of state.
