Hi all, I've been devouring the content on this site the past few weeks and signed up recently and have been occasionally posting, but finally decided to introduce myself.

I grew up in San Francisco and have been living in NYC for the past 7.5 years, the last 1.5 years in Brooklyn. I'm a corporate attorney but I've always been fascinated by real estate.

I got lucky and sort of fell into house-hacking in a condo in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Brooklyn and also recently picked up a 4-unit building in the same neighborhood with a nice projected cash flow. Currently contemplating the next move and trying to learn all I can about REI. I'm specifically interested in acquiring more rental properties but also in fixing/flipping.

I know I have a TON to learn and this seems like the right place to do it. Looking forward to becoming a part of the BP community.
