The listing agent isnt sabotaging it, it just seems like you are not familiar with the REO market.First...the listing agent for an REO typically can not represent both sides of a deal, or collect the buy side of the commission as per their contract with the bank.

Investing out of state is significantly more complex than investing local...you'll be depending on someone to be your eyes and ears...this typically creates a huge conflict when you enter an industry where half the agents can't find their *** with both hands and the other half are commission driven...you're really looking for the 1% that has well established tools for long-distance investing.

Hi all,There are many reputable companies who will list properties (for sale) on realtor.ca for a flat fee without the use of an agent, hence saving commissions, but I haven't been able to find anyone reputable for leases.
