Who is going to pay this nice agent(broker) their commission?

Selling the property costs the owner nothing (no closing costs, realtor’s commission, etc) – I’ll pay it.If you’re interested, I would like the opportunity to speak with you about potentially being a solution.

The listing agent isnt sabotaging it, it just seems like you are not familiar with the REO market.First...the listing agent for an REO typically can not represent both sides of a deal, or collect the buy side of the commission as per their contract with the bank.

Investing out of state is significantly more complex than investing local...you'll be depending on someone to be your eyes and ears...this typically creates a huge conflict when you enter an industry where half the agents can't find their *** with both hands and the other half are commission driven...you're really looking for the 1% that has well established tools for long-distance investing. 

It was probably made up by people who make their money on commissions of traders.

Get to using that real estate license and earn some commissions!

(Side note here, attention people that say “agents aren’t worth their commission”, I guess that’s a matter of perspective. :):) )“Diligent” or any other adjective, most of us would be able to make an application on time as agreed with a lot less than diligence...

Besides double closing, has anyone had any  experience on doing this with quitclaim deed right after closing and exchanging your commission fee with buyer.

Hi all,There are many reputable companies who will list properties (for sale) on realtor.ca for a flat fee without the use of an agent, hence saving commissions, but I haven't been able to find anyone reputable for leases.
